All about my day 8-31-11

My day started out at a little before noon. I woke up to the sound of sizzling bacon on the griddle. While the bacon was cooking, I went to do my body test on the "Wii fit plus". My weight was the same as yesterday's which was 102.1lbs. After my body test the bacon was ready so I went to eat it. Breakfast was 2 pieces of bacon cooked in bacon grease(duh). After breakfast I gathered some clean clothes and went to take a shower. Showering doesn't take me very long since my hair is still short so that's kinda nice. After the shower I got dressed and ready to leave for lebanon mo for our shopping. I wore a blue tank-top and my new size 14girls/kids jeans I got at the mall yesterday and my white flip-flops. The ride to lebanon wasn't very long about 30min if that. We were going to lebanon to price bathroom faucets for the bathroom sink. Ours has been broken for about a week or so. First we went to "Sutherland's" to find out how much they had them for. The cheapest one they had was $13. Of course that was also the most popular one (for obvious reasons) cause they were out of that one. The next one there was $20. So next we went to "Lowe's" to look and price. There cheapest one was $16.61. So that was a good price but we wanted to see if "Walmart" had anything cheaper. So next we went to "walmart" which was only the next drive way over. So before we went to price faucets here, I wanted to find out what there "Gluten free" pasta was made of. Cause I can't eat gluten and that includes corn. So anyway the "Gluten free" pasta was made from brown rice. Which is even worse for you then white rice. So I can't eat walmarts "Gluten free" pasta just like I can't eat regular pasta. So then we went to price faucets and we finally found "our" faucet. It was only $10. Then we went around the store to get, Eggs, Butter, A cantaloupe and Hamburgers. After we bought all that, We went to "Price cutters" to look for this special kind of pasta that's called "Jerusalem artichoke pasta" which is "Gluten free" and tastes just like regular pasta. The brand name of it was "DeBoles" we believe. Anyway, They didn't have it :(. Then we went to the deli section to look for food that mama could eat while driving. Needless to say, We couldn't find any healthy foods that you could eat while driving. So then we left the store and decided to go to "Mcdonalds" since me and mama were hungry and daddy "could eat". So we went and ordered 3 Mcdoubles, 2 small fries and 3 waters for lunch. Now before you say "But mcdoubles have wheat in them", We don't eat the buns. We take the buns off the mcdoubles and just eat the burger part of them. I didn't have fries but mama and daddy did. And we all got water. So the meal was pretty healthy overall. After we were done there we went back to "walmart" because we forgot razors for daddy. So we went and got the razors and we also got me a folder for my client records from when I was working. So after that trip to "walmart" we went home. I took a nap on the ride home. It was a good nap :). Once we got home I got on my laptop and entered all the food I'd had today into "fitday". We checked the mail before we pulled into the driveway. And one of the things we got was a "fingerhut" magazine. Once mama was done reading it, I decided to cut out the pictures of the magazine for a "dream" board or something like that. Once I decided to do that, Mama went to lay down for a nap and daddy was fixing the bathroom faucet. After I was done cutting out the pictures I threw the magazine in the trash. And then I put the pics in my dresser for now since I don't have a cork board to put them on right now. At which point I decided to organize the top of my dresser which was a horrible mess. So It's all organized now and my dresser fan is now on the floor of my closet cause it was in the way on my dresser. And now Latte can jump up there without knocking anything off of it. Afterwards I was kinda nauseous so I made myself some hotdogs without the bun and with mustard and some pickles. After that I came to play on my laptop and enter that food into fitday. Then I played on facebook reading Paleo blogs and articles until it was cool enough to go for a walk with mama. During the walk I was the "Listener" while mama ranted about some stuff. I'm a very good listener, I may not be able to give much advice but I can at least listen. Once we got back from the walk, I did the dishes for mama while she started dinner/Supper. I had to change my shirt after doing the dishes because it got wet. Supper was a large burger patty broiled in bacon grease and tomato sauce. It was delicious! Then again after that I got back on my laptop and entered that into fitday as well. I have eaten 1,212cal today so far. I might eat some more later. I am also going to work out later, Doing 10 push-ups straight backed. I do them with a slight elevation on my front. Then I'll do 12 Pilates. I hold my legs in the air at a 40 or 50 degree angle while I lift my shoulders up and down doing kinda like sit-ups. And that's about it for the day. Oh and we now have hot water from the bathroom faucet. We don't have cold water but I figure at least we HAVE water with the bathroom sink now even though it's only hot water. About my exersice habits and alittle bit about my diet and my blood pressure.

So, I went to the park yesterday and you know those bars that you can do flips on? Well I decided to try doing pull-ups on them (the girly kind) and I could do 2 of them. My dad could only do 1.5 of the same kind. I was very proud of myself for being able to do more of that kind then my strong dad :). Although he can do more of (the manly kind) then I can, He can do 1.75 of them and I can't do any. So that still proves that he is stronger then me :). But I attribute my being able to do that many pull-ups of any kind to my diet. I generally eat in percentage of calories a 70/23/7% ratio of Fat/Protein/Carbs. Saturated Fat being the highest percentage, Then Protein (dead animal flesh and eggs), Then Carbohydrates which I generally don't get that much of Mostly from Ketchup and the trace amounts of carbs in Lunch Meat and Eggs. Plus trace carbs from the trace amounts of dairy that I eat. Basically I don't eat Anything processed except lunch meat and hotdogs which I will be elimanating as soon as I can afford too. I don't eat Pasta,Bread,Cereal,Whole Grains,Rice,Potatos,Sugar or anything white (except seasoning for food). The majority of the time I don't eat any veggies or fruits cause I don't like most of them. I will eat some fruit on occasion but most of the fruits have to many carbs for me to eat very much of them. I don't eat veggies at all simply because I don't like them. Basically I eat Saturated Fat, Meat, Coconut oil and Trace amounts of dairy from the little bit of cheese,butter and sour cream that I eat. I do eat A little dark chocolate every now and them as an indulgence. I drink plenty of water so my ketones are fine and so are my kidneys. I try not to eat more then 25g of carbs a day. Cause if I do I start to gain weight and feel lethargic. My typical Breakfast Lunch and Dinner consist of this, Breakfast is usually Two Large/Medium eggs fried in bacon grease with 2-4 slices of bacon, Lunch is generally either 2 hotdogs with mustard/ketchup Or Some lunch meat, Dinner Is some kind of Meat (Beef, Pork or Chicken Usually). And I tend to eat the meat with ketchup unless we don't have any ketchup at which point I eat it with Mustard. I do exercise a little bit, All I normally do for exercise is go for a brisk 15min walk everyday with my mom. Sometimes I work out but not very often, I don't really need too and I don't really like to cause It's not very fun doing workouts by yourself. My blood pressure is normally around (systolic/diastolic) 90/60 with a pulse rate of around 60. Now I know that reading seems low to most people, But It's perfectly normal to me. I'm never dizzy and I never feel faint unless I eat alot of carbs, So I know my blood pressure is fine. I've had "Low" blood pressure since we started doing various versions of Low-carb. We now do Primal(Meat and fruits and veggies) and as soon as we can afford it we will be eating Paleo(Grass fed and grass finished meat and local non-GMO produce grown without pesticides). Just been thinking about all this lately. Because alot of my Facebook friends think It's horribly unhealthy not to eat grains,veggies and fruits when it's really not. And really want me to get my kidneys and ketones checked. But I don't need them checked cause I know they are fine, both of them. Since I eat alot of Saturated fat with my protein and drink alot of Water. But what I think is Unhealthy is Eating all the whole grains and sugars and such. I also think that veganism and vegetarianism is horribly unhealthy because you NEED Saturated fat and protein. And any diet where you have to take alot of supplements can't be a healthy diet. I have more reasons why veganism and vegetarianism are unhealthy but I don't feel like writing them right now. Well I've probably talked enough for now, Hope I haven't bored you all to much :). My opinion on school, Relationships, And Marriage

Ya know? I'm very glad that I've been homeschooled my entire life, There's just to much drama in public school, I believe it's better to bond with and be taught by your parents, Cause you seem to be more mature and not quite so dramatic. Most of the kids that are put in public school as soon as they're old enough, Even when they hit senior high, Act like such children about everything. And they're so dramatic about friendships and relationships and everything in between that it's pathetic. Your still so young why would you think you want to spend the rest of your life with someone when your still so young. Most of the time Highschool sweethearts don't spend the rest of there lives together, I know there are exceptions to that, But most of the time they don't last. I mean most people live to at least 65 years of age If not way longer then that. Why would you want to get married and spend the rest of your life with someone when your only a teenager? That's at least 50 to 85 years! I would dislike to spend that many years with just one person for the rest of my life. It would get so boring to sleep with the same person for 60 to 90 years, At least that's what this teenage girl thinks. But I think that being Homeschooled with very steady and open parents who gave me nothing to rebel against, Has made me a very mature and responsible person. Though, When I do have enough money I do plan on getting pregnant through Intra-Uterine-Insemination. I plan on doing it that way, Because I don't want to share custody with someone else besides my parents, I want to be able to choose the name by myself, Choose how to raise it without having to argue about it, Like what religion to raise it, And how to school them, Like whether to homeschool them or public school them, Which I plan on homeschooling them. And if it's a boy, I don't want all the macho crap shoved onto them, I want them to like whatever they like, Without someone telling them that possibly what they like is wrong, That it's not manly. Basically I don't want to share custody of my child or any of the decisions with anyone but my parents. Just something I've been wanting to rant about for awhile. :)

Talk and pics of my haircut and growth, Plus alittle about my diet.

Hmm, Well 4 months ago I made the decision to buzz my chin length bleach blonde hair off to 1 inch long, here's the before and after pic for that,
And now 4 months later my hair is approx' 3 inches long, And here's the pic for that.



And the reason my hair has grown so fast is, 1 It's very healthy and has never been chemical damaged, And 2 my diet, I eat mostly Meat and Fat and More fat then meat, And as few carbs as I can and poof... fast and healthy hair growth. Plus eating this way makes me very healthy, My hair shiny, My skin Soft Smooth and Clear, Keeps the weight off, And makes me feel wonderful to boot. I just need to stop bleaching my hair, Cause every time I bleach it, About one to two months later I cut off all of the bleached hair and end up with really short hair and then wishing I hadn't cut it, Because I love having long past my shoulders hair, But I haven't had hair that long in over 2 years! I've done that twice now, bleaching it and then getting tired of the bleach and cutting it all off. I've learned though, Even if I bleach it again I will not cut it all off again, I'll just color it, At least until It gets long enough to cut all the bleach off and still have chin length hair :).

Kind of a Lazy and Geeky Day.

Lets see, I didn't get to sleep untill 5am this morning because our oldest male kitty "Latte" Was sleeping with me in my room, Don't get me wrong, He was a perfect kitty he just curled up and went to sleep when I went to bed at almost 2am. I just don't sleep well with cats in my room, Mostely because i'm not used to it. The reason I got to sleep at 5am was probably because that's when he left the room lol. But on the upside I don't normally get up till noon anyway, So it wasn't a big deal to me. I played a new to me game today, I think it was called "Tas: The tasmanian tiger" or something like. I didn't play very far, I stopped when breakfast was ready and just never started again. The rest of the day I've been on my laptop listening to pandora radio and reading "Kaichou wa Maid-sama!" So far it is very cute. So right now, I'm reading that and watching on T.V "Harry Potter and the sorcerers stone", Which I must say was a very well made movie as far as the harry potter movies go. Though I thought The first 2 were made the closest to the books :). Well, Thats all for Today, ByeBye for now :).

Everything I've been upto since Tuesday. :)

Hi again, Well so far my week hasn't been all that eventful, Tuesday we went into buffalo to get our monthly commodities,  Then we stopped at the store to get a few things, don't remember what they were :), then we came home and I continued to play my Pokemon game, Just did some leveling up I think, Yea I didn't do much on my game then because the dog came rampaging through and pulled the game system off the table and turns off the game completely before I got to save all the progress I made that day, I was soo mad at her for that, But I got over it fairly quickly I just stopped playing for the day after that though. On Wednesday I did some more packing and I took apart my bed so now I only have the main mattress on the floor, The only things I have left in my room are my mattress, My dresser, My laundry basket and my alarm clock, And various things in my closet, I have nothing on my wall either. I love having my room mostly empty, It solidifies it more that we really are moving :). Today, We went to buffalo today to take our dog Annabelle to Janette so that she could find Annabelle a better fit, Cause lately she hadn't been a very good fit because we really are cat people and she hadn't been getting along very well with our new kitten (Mango), Then we picked up some meat to last us through till payday, So we don't have our dog anymore. Since we got home, I have been on the computer, I have played on Facebook (Still am playing to an extent), I have also been reading a manga Called "Hiyokoi", It's very cute. And when I was going through my pictures and looking for a desktop background, I looked at my "Code geass" pics, and while that anime is not a shounen-ai or Yaoi anime, My SuzakuXlelouch pics made me want to read about them, So I have been reading M rated stories about them on fanfiction.net, I love reading shounen-ai and yaoi stories, They're just so hot and cute! Other then reading about Two guys together, I don't really like guys all that much, I would seem to prefer girls much more then guys, They're just so much prettier and better looking then most guys, Don't get me wrong, I do like some guys, But they have to be really really good looking to attract me. I haven't eaten very much today, just haven't been very hungry, Probably because of the heat, I have only wanted Ice Pops. Well that's pretty much all I've been up to since I last wrote.
