Everything that's happened to me the last year since i've written in a nutshell.

Hey, I know it's been over a year since I last posted anything and boy has alot changed since then. In April of last year me and some friends from work went to San Antonio to a place called "Big Lou's" to take on I think it was a 60" pizza. The slices were as long as my forearm, it was like eating 2 or 3 slices in one! with two slices each we managed to finish the whole pizza and man were we stuffed! On the way back since we were all crammed into a SUV I was sitting very close to Anthony (the friend I mentioned that I did the friend date with awhile back.) It was during that ride back that I realized that I actually did like him alot. Not to long after the pizza trip he told me that he was leaving target for Whole foods and I realized I was gonna have to tell him soon or lose the connection I had with him. In May me and Anthony went on a actual date to the Pecan street festival. It was a blast, we just walked around looking at all the vendors. We had frozen cheese cake on a stick that was fantastic. He bought me a bracelet and a necklace both of which I still treasure to this day. After the festival we went to a free comic book day thing at a place called Dragons Lair. That was awesome as well. We got a bunch of free comic books and got to see alot of cosplayers! So after that wonderful date he brought me back to my apartment and before he went home I gave him a letter that I had wrote for him to read when he got home. It was about how I felt about him. And I only had to wait about an hour before he texted me told me he still felt the same way. I was ecstatic to see his response! A couple of nights later we were starting the over night shift at work for a frozen market reset and he had asked me earlier that day if he could give me a ride to work that night, of course I said "sure!". So that night he picks me up for work and when we get there he says he has something he wants to tell me. Well that makes me nervous but I was eager to hear what he had to say. He then asks me if I would be his girlfriend and I of course said yes. During that same month after we had only been dating for a couple of weeks I asked him if he would like to move in with me since my former roommate Aleshia was moving out. And he said yes and it was at the end of the month when we started living together! We went very quickly I know. We went from friends to living together in less then a month! A little while after that he left target and started working at whole foods. He worked there for about six months I think before he decided he didn't like it there and came back to target in october. In September we went down to Floydada Texas for his cousin quinceanera. It was a long trip it took 6 hours to get there. When we got there I got to meet his grandmother and grandfather and a whole bunch of other family members. It was pretty fun, we got to dance together at the quinceanera and that was just really fun! It was great meeting a bunch of his family. In early October we went to six flags fiesta Texas, my very first time there! It was a blast! We went on a few rides, the most notable being the feriswheel at the end of the day. In late October for Halloween/ my 21st birthday we went downtown for my very first time and it was a blast! though it was also very crowded being Halloween and all. In December we celebrated both Yule and Christmas. Yule we celebrated just Me, him, my dad and my brother. That was pretty fun. On Christmas all of us celebrated at his parents house, we had a great time and everyone loved their gifts. In January of this year we helped my dad move to Burnett TX. That was a pretty good day. In February of this year we went out to dinner at the Longhorn steak house for valentines day. We had to wait I think it was an hour before we got seated. It was super busy as was to be expected on valentines day. Anyways, the food was excellent and well worth the wait. After dinner we went downtown to go dancing. So we went dancing and it was a blast! After all that we were pretty tuckered out and went to bed as soon as we got back home. It was I think in march that WE moved to a duplex that's not to far from where we previously lived. It's a pretty nice place. We have much more space now and a nice big kitchen! Mango also seems to love it here. It's also abit closer to work which is really nice. Since we moved not to much has happened. We went to Carlsbad New Mexico in may for another of his cousins high school graduation. While there we also went to the Carlsbad caverns. That was really cool and fun! For fathers day we went over to his parents house for a barbecue and my dad and Eldin came over too. That was a really fun day with lots of food and games and celebrating. So living together has been going pretty good, just a few up and downs every now and then but not enough to matter. So far we've been together for a little over a year now and plan on it being for life. And other then the crazy work schedule we've had lately, that's all that's been going on in the year since I've written. Hope you enjoyed the update and TTYL. :-)

My opinion on school, Relationships, And Marriage

Ya know? I'm very glad that I've been homeschooled my entire life, There's just to much drama in public school, I believe it's better to bond with and be taught by your parents, Cause you seem to be more mature and not quite so dramatic. Most of the kids that are put in public school as soon as they're old enough, Even when they hit senior high, Act like such children about everything. And they're so dramatic about friendships and relationships and everything in between that it's pathetic. Your still so young why would you think you want to spend the rest of your life with someone when your still so young. Most of the time Highschool sweethearts don't spend the rest of there lives together, I know there are exceptions to that, But most of the time they don't last. I mean most people live to at least 65 years of age If not way longer then that. Why would you want to get married and spend the rest of your life with someone when your only a teenager? That's at least 50 to 85 years! I would dislike to spend that many years with just one person for the rest of my life. It would get so boring to sleep with the same person for 60 to 90 years, At least that's what this teenage girl thinks. But I think that being Homeschooled with very steady and open parents who gave me nothing to rebel against, Has made me a very mature and responsible person. Though, When I do have enough money I do plan on getting pregnant through Intra-Uterine-Insemination. I plan on doing it that way, Because I don't want to share custody with someone else besides my parents, I want to be able to choose the name by myself, Choose how to raise it without having to argue about it, Like what religion to raise it, And how to school them, Like whether to homeschool them or public school them, Which I plan on homeschooling them. And if it's a boy, I don't want all the macho crap shoved onto them, I want them to like whatever they like, Without someone telling them that possibly what they like is wrong, That it's not manly. Basically I don't want to share custody of my child or any of the decisions with anyone but my parents. Just something I've been wanting to rant about for awhile. :)
